Ideal place with incredibly welcoming and consistently courteous staff at check-out, truly enjoyed it. The location was marvellous, close to everything-the staff-the room-quiet.

The hotel offered a good size breakfast with fruits and desserts, as for instance. The location was stunning and lovely, relatively near a Catholic church. A tube station was close to the accommodation.

The location was great, at walking distance from Paseo del Prado. The room was adequate and bright with a very comfortable bed, a less-cooling AC and necessary amenities, we felt like at home.

The street itself was particularly pleasant and enjoyable to walk along. The staff at reception were excellent, particularly at check-out, and made our stay all the more enjoyable. The room was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We were particularly impressed with the soundproofing - it was so quiet we couldn't hear any noise at all from other rooms. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a great selection of food available.
